Terms of Service

LabelDock sells shipping labels purchased at commercial rates. By placing an order you agree that: (1) the addresses, weight, and dimensions you provide are accurate; (2) you will not ship prohibited items (see Prohibited Items); (3) carrier weight or size adjustments are passed through at cost; (4) refunds for unused labels are available until the carrier's first scan of the package; (5) payment is due before label delivery, per the instructions we email after order review; (6) the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the label.

Privacy: we store the addresses you enter (required to produce the label), your email, and your order history. We do not sell personal data. Contact us by replying to any order email to request deletion.
